Whether you’re into jazz, hip-hop, ballet or swing, becoming a professional dancer is no easy task, especially if you’re strapped for cash. Dance Scholarships come from organizations, memorial funds and colleges to assist students pursuing dance careers and can either be merit-based or dependent on financial need. If you’re already enrolled in a college or university, be sure to check the institutions website for information on scholarships or grants they provide. Otherwise, below are a few Dance Scholarships from organizations and memorial funds that can help fund your education if you meet specific requirements.
